Scott Reeves, a graduate of Bedford Road Collegiate in Saskatoon, was a national champion in two sports at the University of Saskatchewan (B.Sc, 1992; B. Ed., 1994).
He was a gold medalist in his weight class as the CIAU wrestling championships in both 1989-90 and 1990-91, a silver medalist in 1987-88 and a bronze medalist in 1988-89.
Scott also played on the line for the Huskies in their 1990 Vanier Cup victory.
While attending the University, he represented Canada at the 1989 Pan-American wrestling championships, finishing second. He was third at the Canadian senior championships that same year.
Scott was awarded the E. Kent Phillips Trophy in 1990 as male athlete of the year at the U of S.
He was inducted into the Saskatoon Sports Hall of Fame in 2007 and the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 2011.
