University of Saskatchewan Athletics

Donalda (Clark) Smitheringale, a graduate of Nutana Collegiate in Saskatoon, enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan (B.A., 1953) in 1950.

Donalda played on the Huskiettes basketball team for three years, winning the Cecil Racy Trophy as Western Intercollegiate Champions in both 1951 and 1952.

She was also on the volleyball, badminton and tennis teams for three years.

In addition to competing in sports, Donalda served on the Women's Athletic Board for two years and was Senior Stick in the COllege of Arts & Science in 1952-53.
