Donald Clark, a graduate of Kipling High School, enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan (B.A. PE, 1965; B.Ed, 1966) in 1961.
Don played on the line for the Huskies football team for five seasons and was captain of the team in 1964-65. He was assistant coach in 1965-66.
He competed on the wrestling team for four years and was the WCIAA conference champion in the heavyweight division in 1964-65. He was the Saskatchewan champion in 1966-67.
Don was awarded the prestigious Rusty McDonald Cup in 1965 for leadership, sportsmanship, athletics and academics among University athletes.
Don went on to coach the wrestling program at the University of Regina. He served as president of the Saskatchewan Amateur Wrestling Association and vice-president of the Canadian Amateur Wrestling Association.
He married Ann Davis, also an inductee into the University of Saskatchewan Athletic Wall of Fame.
