TORONTO, Ont. - Thursday morning (Jan. 29), the Canadian Football League (CFL) announced over 140 draft-eligible prospects who have been invited to showcase their talents this year throughout the 2026 CFL Combine season. Among those announced were two student-athletes from the University of Saskatchewan (USask) Huskie football program in
Charlie Parks and
Jack Warrack who will join the top university football players from across the country at the CFL Combine in March.
This will mark the fourth year since the CFL re-vamped the combine structure, moving to a single Invitational Combine in the place of traditional West, Ontario, and East Regional Combines prior to the CFL Combine.
The 2026 Combine season will get underway with the Invitational Combine on March 6 at the Feridun Hamdullahpur Field House in Waterloo, Ontario, before the CFL Combine takes centre stage from March 27-29 in Edmonton.
Charlie Parks heads into combine season following an outstanding 2025 campaign which ended with the Regina product being named a First Team All-Canadian and the Canada West Outstanding Lineman of the Year. Parks finished the season with a Canada West-leading 5.0 sacks and tied for the most tackles for loss with 6.0 in addition to adding 23.0 tackles, a forced fumble, and fumble recovery. Former Canada West Rookie of the Year,
Jack Warrack will look to impress in front of CFL brass following a remarkable four seasons with the Huskies. A mainstay of the Saskatchewan line, Warrack was an immediate starter in green and white, starting 12 games at right tackle his freshman season before transitioning to left tackle where has started 31 games.
The 2026 CFL Draft is slated for April 28, 2026. See below for more information on the CFL's 2026 Combine Season or head to
