SASKATOON – Two teams recognized as among the best in the nation are on a collision course for Friday, Sept. 14 when the No. 9 Saskatchewan Huskies play host to the No. 3 Calgary Dinos inside Griffiths Stadium at 7 p.m.

Both squads are led by explosive offenses and there are sure to be fireworks aplenty in a match that will determine which team takes sole possession of first place in the conference.

5 Things

1) Prior to the game there will be a ceremony on the field honouring legendary
former Huskie head coach Brian Towriss.

2) The game should be an offensive shootout with the Dinos and Huskies
sitting first and second in Canada West scoring.

3) Students living in residence will run around the field for the annual Toga Run to celebrate the homecoming game.

4) Payton Hall was named both CW and U SPORTS defensive player of the week for his play in Manitoba last week.

5) Kyle Siemens needs 192 yards to move into fifth on the Huskie all-time career passing yards list.
