Huskie Athlete of the Week (Nov. 4, 2021):

Jadyn Steinhauer stood tall in goal for the Huskies on Saturday night, backstopping Saskatchewan to a 0-0 (3-2 PK) win over the Calgary Dinos, and a berth in the Canada West Final Four. Steinhauer made four saves in the quarter-final match and an additional 3 penalty attempts during the penalty shootout. Steihnhauer's performance in net secured the Huskies a Canada West Final Four appearance. 

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Sep. 21, 2021):

12 saves and six points. It's safe to say Steinhauer did her job in ensuring the Huskies picked up a pair of wins this weekend, as the goalkeeper kept Saskatchewan undefeated and improved their record to 3-0-1.

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Oct. 20, 2021):

Fifth-year keeper Jadyn Steinhauer was consistent in net, stopping a total of 15 shots over the weekend.

Backstopping the Huskies to a clean-sheet on Friday night against the Manitoba Bisons, Steinhauer ensured the Huskies stayed at the top of the east division as they head into their final weekend of regular-season play. 

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Oct. 16, 2019):

Fourth-year goalie Jadyn Steinhauer was perfect on the weekend, shutting the door on the provincial rival Regina Cougars for a pair of shutouts.

The fourth-year goalie was instrumental in both of Saskatchewan’s victories stopping all 12 shots she faced on the weekend as the Huskies picked up back-to-back 1-0 victories over the Regina Cougars.

Now with five shutouts on the season, Steinhauer hasn’t conceded a goal in the past 270 minutes and her 65 saves on the year is the second-most in program history for a single season.

Saskatchewan is back in Saskatoon this weekend for their final games of the season against the MacEwan Griffins and Alberta Pandas (Oct. 19 & 20).

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Sept. 23, 2019):

University of Saskatchewan goalkeeper Jadyn Steinhauer had the most productive weekend of her Huskies’ career

The fourth year from Saskatoon recorded 21 saves as the Huskies earned one point from their trip to B.C. On Friday night the agriculture and bioresources major made a career-high 11 saves in a 1-1 tie with UVic before making a further 10 in a 2-0 loss to UBC on Saturday

Steinhauer and the Huskies are back in action this coming weekend when they host the Winnipeg Wesmen (Sep. 28) and the Manitoba Bisons (Sep. 29).

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Sept. 18, 2017):

Keeper Jadyn Steinhauer led the University of Saskatchewan Huskies to a weekend sweep with shutouts.

The second-year Arts & Science student from Saskatoon made two saves in a 3-0 win over the Thompson Rivers WolfPack on Saturday for her first win of the 2017 women''s soccer season. She made another five saves a day later in a 5-0 shutout over the UBC Okanagan Heat.

Steinhauer and the Huskies remain at home to host the Lethbridge Pronghorns and Calgary Dinos.
