University of Saskatchewan forward Michael Sofillas was a key cog in the Huskies pushing their winning streak to 12 games after a weekend sweep of the Manitoba Bisons.

The fifth year from Morden, MB recorded three goals and one assists in wins of 6-3 and 8-2 over the Bisons.

Sofillas and the Huskies are back in action this coming weekend for a battle with the reigning Canada West and U SPORTS champion Alberta Golden Bears.
