Huskies and Pronghorns Split the Weekend

After allowing Saskatchewan to post their first win of the season on Friday, the Lethbridge Pronghorns regrouped for a 72-52 win over the USask Huskie men's team at the PAC on Saturday night.

Lethbridge cruised out to a 30-10 first quarter lead.  Adam Dalil, who came off the Pronghorn bench, led both sides with 17 points and 5 rebounds.

Jack-Henry Fox-Grey finished with a double-double (13 points, 10 rebounds), while Bryce Solis had three 3-pointers and completed his night with 11 points. Lethbridge had 35 points from their bench and won the rebounding battle 48-30, including 15 offensive boards.

Emmanuel Bonsu and Easton Thimm led the way for the Huskies scoring 12 points each.

Lethbridge is 10 and 4, in fourth place in the Canada West Prairie Division. The Pronghorns host the Victoria Vikes on the January 31st-February 1st weekend. The Huskie men's team, now 1 and 13, visits the MacEwan Griffins.
