Huskie Athlete of the Week (Jan 14, 2019):
University of Saskatchewan athlete Brennan Degenhardt made his way into the Huskies’ record books this past weekend at the Sled Dog Open.

The fourth year from Saskatoon won the shot put with a throw of 15.72 metres. Not only was that throw good enough to move him into second in the nation, but it also placed him eighth on the all-time Huskie list.

Degenhardt and the Huskies are back in action this weekend when they head to Edmonton for the Golden Bear Open on Jan. 18-19.
