Grace Jasper, a graduate of Bedford Road Collegiate in Saskatoon, enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan (B.A., 1957) in 1955.
Grace was a member of the Huskiette basketblal team for three years. The team won the Cecil Race Trophy as Western Intercollegiate champions two of those years in 1955-56 and 1956-57.
She played Huskiette volleyball for three years and the team won the Sam Landa Trophy as Western champions each season.
From 1955-57, Grace was also a member of the tennis, badminton and bowling teams.
She received a Major Athletic Award in 1956.
In addition to competing in sports, she served on the Women's Athletic Board, the Women's Intramural Board and as vice president on the Students Representative Council.
For her contributions to campus life, she received the Spirit of Youth Award.
