The UBC Thunderbirds attacked well but couldn't capitalize on their chances against the Saskatchewan Huskies, coming away with a 0-0 tie.

UBC is undefeated in 2016 CIS action, but has left points on the table for three straight games. Saskatchewan moves to 1-3-2 this season.

At a sunny Ken Woods Field, the T-Birds pressured in the second half – generating quality scoring chances and backing down the Huskies defence with quick transition plays.

One of UBC's best chances came off of a Manraj Bains header in the 72nd minute – hitting the crossbar and bouncing down in front of the goal line.

UBC heads out on the road next weekend to meet the Mount Royal Cougars and Lethbridge Pronghorns, while the Huskies return home to host the Trinity Western Spartans and Fraser Valley Cascades.
