For the first time in his short CIS career, University of Saskatchewan men's soccer striker Brett Levis has been named a CIS All-Canadian.

The second-year was named a CIS Second Team All-Canadian at the CIS men's soccer awards banquet in Montreal Wednesday night. It is the fourth straight season a Huskie has been named to an All-Canadian team.

Leading his team to a postseason spot for the second time in three seasons, Levis finished second in Canada West scoring with nine goals and six assists. He started all but one match for the Huskies, taking 69 shots in the season.

The Huskies finished with a Canada West bronze medal after a 2-1 victory over the Trinity Western University Spartans last weekend. In 2012-13, the Huskies finished second in the Canada West Prairie Division with a 6-5-4 record, starting the season on a six game undefeated streak. At the Canada West Championship tournament, Levis was outstanding recording two goals and two assists including the game-winner in the bronze medal match.
